Keith was born and raised in Port Saint Joe, Florida, a small coastal town. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting from the College of Business at Florida State University. Keith became a licensed CPA in Florida in October 1995.
During his time in college and while preparing for his CPA, he gained experience working as an auditor and a senior tax specialist at the Florida Department of Revenue. After successfully completing his CPA exam, Keith took on the role of division controller at the St. Joe Company. His outstanding contributions were nationally recognized, and he was honored with an induction into the AICPA's Business & Industry Hall of Fame.
He was elected as a Regional Vice President by his peers for the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA).
Through the years, he has served the accounting profession and FICPA in many capacities, including:

- Member of the Finance Committee for four years

Michael spent a distinguished decade as an Internal Revenue Service employee. As a seasoned IRS Revenue Officer/Agent, he specialized in Offer in Compromise Tax cases and handled significant dollar-value cases.
He even collaborated with the U.S. Attorney's office on covert operations. Michael's exceptional work as an IRS Agent earned him numerous awards.
During his tenure at the IRS, he served as a Certified Tax Instructor, teaching at the Atlanta Regional IRS Training Offices as well as local and district offices.

Joe has 25+ years as a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas and solving IRS problems. Current member with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of CPA’s (TSCPA), National Society of Accountants (NSA), Bachelor’s degree in accounting (BBA), Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Experience in a variety of industries as Controller, CFO and tax resolution issues for both business and personal tax cases.
Joe is experienced in all aspects of Tax Resolution cases regarding Currently Not Collectible, Offer in Compromise & Installment agreement cases. He has successfully resolved cases in all areas of tax resolution including liens, levies, tax audits & collection cases.
Joe has consulted with small to medium size companies on CFO / Controller accounting / tax strategies. Providing both an initial company analysis and continuing with monthly and quarterly consulting feedback to keep them on the right pathway.

EA, Former IRS Revenue Officer and IRS Appeals Settlement Officer
Salinger Tax Consultants Peter Salinger had a 33-plus-year career at the IRS, retiring on January 31, 2020. He initially served as a field revenue officer.
He was later promoted to revenue officer and group manager. Eventually, he became a branch chief.
As a mid-level manager, he supervised five first-line managers overseeing 75 revenue officers.
Additionally, he managed an offer-in-compromise group, responsible for assigned offers in the Manhattan district office.
Peter reviewed and made decisions on the acceptance or rejection of recommended offers. As a manager, he also provided feedback on ongoing cases.
Eventually, a second offer-in-compromise group was added to the Manhattan office. As branch chief, Peter oversaw both groups.
He conducted training and outreach sessions for the practitioner community.
In 2001, Peter relocated to the Tampa, Florida, office, becoming the first Appeals Settlement Officer there. He worked on various appeals, including CDP, CAP, TFRP, penalty appeals, and OIC.
Within the office, Peter was the primary reviewer for offers rejected by Compliance.
Peter also managed an offer in compromise group where he was responsible for all of the offer in compromises that were assigned to the Manhattan district office.
